#LIFECHANGINGPLACES – PATAGONIA

From the start Allibert Trekking presented us a project of creating a series of 3 short films on some of the newest areas of Patagonia they’ve been working on.           Some Wild and less known places, where the beauty of nature & adventure is still real. They had been developing new tours in those areas for their clients, and were looking for a way to present those new destinations to their audience.

This is where anth. propose the idea of creating a serie of storytelling films with an inside view of what those places have to offer. We propose to tell the story of that land through the narration of passionated locals working for Allibert trekking oversea, like Felix Kraus, Andres Miguel and Sophie Nunatek who live there and are in love with the variety of nature and possibilities this land has to offer.

During the Shooting we encounter variable climatic difficult situation, and that’s when we realise that was part of the Patagonian adventure, we adapted quickly to capture those real life moments that make a trip like this unforgettable for a client.

After getting back home Allibert ask us if we could adapt to one more demande on this project, create an event premier in Paris and Lyon to show the beauty of this region through a short documentary of our experience. It was challenging because our main focus during the shooting wasn’t to create a documentary but in the end we manage to take drastic turns in the editing room to create a human experience souvenir.
